Vegetables and fruit are carefully sourced from local producers and, depending on the season, we can cook local fish sold by fisherman from Valras plage.
Our accredited butcher provides us with poultry and meat from the Ariège and Averon areas.
For breakfast you will enjoy home-made jams made with seasonal fruits from the fruit trees of Argeliers or from our prolific fig tree, with hot crepes and home-made cakes.
